Returns
Before returning merchandise, please call +31 23 5339569 or email info@ojoura.com. When your returning has been approved by us you can send the merchandise to the following return address:

Please return items in the original product packaging and include a copy of the invoice in the box.

After we have received the returned merchandise we will prepare a credit invoice and transfer the amount to your bankaccount (less bankcharges).
